Our continued growth has produced a need for an entry level Customer Support
Specialist who can assist with Training, Customer Support Calls and Product
Testing. The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, high energy
and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for
people in both our Toronto, (Oakville) Ontario and Vancouver, British Columbia
offices.
Job Responsibilities:

Identify training requirements, and create, edit and maintain help
documentation.

Assist in the configuration process to build out customer applications.

Conduct functional testing to ensure business requirements are met.

Assist clients with routine questions and diagnose configuration-related
issues.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or
related disciplines.

Knowledge of enterprise security and web based applications.

Exceptional command of English (written and spoken).

Exceptional time management and organization skills.

Experience or knowledge of RoboHelp and Adobe Captivate or Camtasia is an

Web Manager/Graphic Designer

compliment our growing team. To be considered you should be fast and proficient
in web design, able to manage development of an emerging brand as well as
design and production of interactive website, print materials including
brochures, press material, and product packaging.
In addition, you will work with our software development team on providing input
on the user interface, support and training materials for our growing line of
products.
You have a minimum of 2-5 years expereience coupled with formal design training
at the college or university level. Your portfolio displays a wide variety of
projects and styles.

Job Qualifications/ Professional Abilities:
Must be able to simultaneously manage multiple, complex configuration and
development projects.
Must assume total responsibility for quality, schedule, on time delivery, while
staying within the allocated budget on any projects that they are assigned.
Assume responsibility as the point of contact for all communications relative to
