What is D3 Incident Reporting?

D3 Incident Reporting is a web-based enterprise software system, designed to permit reporting, tracking, escalation, analysis and resolution of incidents of any kind, in mid to large-sized organizations.

Workflow utilizes “if-then” scenarios for managing approvals, escalations, reminders, notifications and organizational processes. Utilizing a visual configuration wizard, the Workflow functionality automates numerous tasks that would otherwise require manual completion.

D3 Incident Reporting is but one module of an integrated umbrella application called D3 Virtual Security Operations Center (vSOC).

The Incident Reporting module integrates closely with Dispatch, E-Alerts, Case Management and Tasks modules. Both E-alerts (a public and potentially anonymous reporting tool) and Dispatch provide the ability to escalate records into the Incident Reporting system.
