e-Alert

D3 e-Alert provides individuals outside of the security department with a means to submit incident reports directly to the appropriate persons. e-Alert uses a multilingual, web based interface with no login or password required, allowing users to submit their information easily over the web.

Once an e-Alert has been submitted, it will appear on the Incident Reports overview for review by the designated personnel. E-Alerts can be archived, or instantly escalated to an incident report, dispatch or investigation.

Extend incident and event submission to employees, students, contractors, suppliers, other outside organizations or the general public through an easy-to-use customized web form. D3 e-Alert provides an additional anonymous submission channel for complying with whistleblower legislation.
