The D3 Notification feature automates the notification of relevant individuals or groups depending on selected criteria. Alerts can be configured based on incident type, priority, time, status or custom criteria. This approach ensures relevant stakeholders are notified, in line with company policy and procedures. Notifications can also be sent to individuals outside of the organization.
Email templates can be easily customized, and allow for relevant information from the system to be automatically populated within the email notification. Generate custom templates for automatically sending out notifications for incidents, time based reminders of open investigations, work orders or follow up tasks.
