What is D3 e-Alert?
An effective origination channel that opens data capture to any individual with access to the e-Alert URL. Upon accessing the URL, the individual may submit an incident or event that forwards to the designated user of D3 virtual Security Operations Center for triage. Upon triage, the incident or event may be archived or escalated. If escalated, escalation options include incident report or dispatch.
Who uses D3 e-Alert?
Security professionals who want to efficiently capture incidents and events by extending incident and event submission to employees, and where applicable, contractors, suppliers and other third-parties, through an easy-to-use web form that does not require authentication. In conjunction with Ethics and Compliance and the Governance, Risk and Compliance function, e-Alert permits an additional anonymous submission channel for complying with whistleblower legislation.
