The D3 Virtual Security Operaions Center (vSOC) is an integrated suite of security management solutions.
VSOC and all of its components are fully web-based, making the entire application extremely scalable while minimizing
strain on IT resources. The vSOC suite is fully configurable. D3 Security professionals work closely with all clients
during configuration and provide industry best practices to ensure needs are addressed unequivocally, prior to

D3 Incident Reporting is a comprehensive incident report management system, facilitating the incident
management process from the initial report, review, investigation, resolution and prevention. D3 Incident
Reporting uses configurable web forms to gather all pertinent data, and then makes the data available
for granular and macro-level analysis within the Analysis Report tool.

D3 Case Management is a convenient investigative tool that ties in closely with the Incident Reporting
and Dispatch modules. D3 Cases provide the ability to pull together related records from Incident Reporting,
Dispatch, Tasks, to provide a consolidated view of investigative data and activities, and provide a single

E-Alerts provides the capability to submit short-form Incident Reports into the vSOC system without
the need to log in. E-Alerts are designed to extent the reporting capability, outside the security department,
to staff, customers and other stakeholders. E-Alerts can be a mechanism for anonymous, or 'whistleblower' type

D3 Dispatch is a configurable computer aided dispatch system that allows dispatcher to quickly assign
resources based on availability & scheduled location. All dispatch data is consolidated for analysis reporting
purposes, and the generation of metrics such as average response time.

D3 Guard Tour is a sophisticated patrol management system that establishes and documents the presence of
security officers. Guard Tour patrols are sucheduled from the desktop, and deployed on a mobile pocket PC
device, which is used to collect data at each checkpoint on a route.

Post Orders allows organizations to publish their operating procedures online through the vSOC system, instantly distributing
important information to vSOC users. Many customers also leverage Post Orders for security bulletins or BOLO alerts.

Most D3 products are available for mobile deployment. Applications like Incident Reporting, Guard Tour, Dispatch, and
Post Orders run on a Pocket PC device, allowing officers to input data from the field. A live WIFI connection even allows officers to view incoming
dispatches in real-time.
