D3 Incident Reporting is a comprehensive incident report management system, facilitating the incident management process from the initial report, review, investigation, resolution and prevention. D3 Incident Reporting uses configurable web forms to gather all pertinent data, and then makes the data available for granular and macro-level analysis within the Analysis Report tool.

D3 Case Management is a convenient investigative tool that ties in closely with the Incident Reporting and Dispatch modules. D3 Cases provide the ability to pull together related records from Incident Reporting, Dispatch, Tasks, to provide a consolidated view of investigative data and activities, and provide a single location for case data & resolution.

E-Alerts

E-Alerts

E-Alerts provides the capability to submit short-form Incident Reports into the vSOC system without the need to log in. E-Alerts are designed to extent the reporting capability, outside the security department, to staff, customers and other stakeholders. E-Alerts can be a mechanism for anonymous, or 'whistleblower' type reporting in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley regulations.

Dispatch

D3 Dispatch is a configurable computer aided dispatch system that allows dispatcher to quickly assign resources based on availability & scheduled location. All dispatch data is consolidated for analysis reporting purposes, and the generation of metrics such as average response time.

D3 Guard Tour is a sophisticated patrol management system that establishes and documents the presence of security officers. Guard Tour patrols are sucheduled from the desktop, and deployed on a mobile pocket PC device, which is used to collect data at each checkpoint on a route.
