As a member of the development team, you will leverage your SQL Server knowledge, together with your technical skill-set to design, develop and implement web based software products using the .NET framework and Microsoft’s Visual Studio.NET application development suite, with special emphasis on the C# programming language.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify business requirements and do gap analysis to create, edit and maintain business logic and user interface specification documents.
• Identify and recommend improvements to the User Interaction (UI) aspects of D3 products.
• Work closely with business and technology teams, including business analysts, graphic designers, developers and QA to ensure that recommendations are implemented effectively.
• Ability to provide scope analysis, in addition to contributing to customer proposal documentation.
• Assist in creating interactive prototypes to demonstrate key interface designs.
• Assist in creating application updates and releases documents.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience of Business Analysis
• Proficient in Business Requirements and Gap Analysis gathering, Functional Specification design
• Expert in Business process modeling and Object modeling
• Thorough knowledge of System design, including wireframes and mockups
• Proficient in JAD Facilitation, One-On-One Interviews
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• In-depth knowledge of User Acceptance Test Plan, Functional Test Cases
• Proficient in design of Business Cases, UML Use Case Diagrams, Use Cases, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD)
• Experienced in SQL, Data Warehousing
• Proficient in Business Intelligence, Implementation Plans and Structured Methodologies
• In-depth knowledge in Graphical User Interface Analysis, Evaluation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Science (Interactive Arts) or equivalent with design concentration.
• At least 2+ years experience as a key member of a design team participating in the complete website development lifecycle
• Strong knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash, XHTML, CSS
• Knowledge of ASP.NET, html and javascript
• Capable to analyze problem and translate it into appropriate action plan
• Strong facilitation and negotiation skills
• Thrives in high-pressure and deadline-driven environment
• Capable to work with diverse stakeholders
• Collaborate and liaise with other contributing teams to implement solutions
• Proved strong business and financial acumen
• Solid understanding of graphic design and interaction design principles.
